The Team
Sam Naylor is the company’s owner & registered builder, having learnt his craft from another respected Geelong builder Sam has added to his experience working not only locally but overseas learning different ways our construction codes could evolve back home to benefit his clients’ projects.
As a continuous member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Sam believes that being a part of the Victorian building community is very important not only for keeping his own knowledge up to date but a huge advantage for his clients as their project will always be ahead of the game with new regulations, codes & most important energy rating reviews as we move towards a greener future within the building industry.
Although some builders aren’t hands-on within their company, Sam prides himself continuing to be a part of the onsite experience. You will find him overseeing the team and ensuring quality controls are met.
